Gowri Nandan

Performer | Hindustani Music Student – 1st Year at Raagaalaya School of Music

"I’ve been singing since the age of three, and from the very beginning, my ambition has been to become a singer. With the blessings of my parents—especially my father, who has always encouraged me to follow my dreams—I’ve had the privilege of performing on over 50 stages in Saudi Arabia and participating in reality shows and music videos. Currently, I am in my first year of learning Hindustani music at Raagaalaya School of Music. Every step I take in music is a dream in motion, and I’m excited for what lies ahead."

M.A. Music – Kerala University | M.Phil – Delhi University | Faculty at Raagaalaya School of Music

"Life has been unpredictable and challenging, but one constant that has always given me strength is music. After completing my M.A. in Music from Kerala University and M.Phil from Delhi University, I had the privilege of working with several esteemed institutions. However, after going through a major personal trauma, it was music that became my healing force, guiding me back to life. Today, as a faculty member at Raagaalaya School of Music, I continue my journey—teaching, learning, and finding purpose through every note."

"Music has always been my soul’s language. With a Master's degree in Music from Kerala University, my journey as a vocalist and veena player has been deeply fulfilling. I have had the privilege of nurturing young talents through my work with CBSE schools and now continue to share my passion as a faculty member at Raagaalaya School of Music. I believe in preserving the purity of classical traditions while inspiring the next generation of musicians."

Devotional Singer | 3rd Year Student at Raagaalaya School of Music

"As a devoted follower of Lord Krishna, my love for Krishna bhajans began at a very young age. Sensing my deep connection with music, my parents—especially my mother—have always supported and nurtured my passion. Now living in Al Ain, my journey with Raagaalaya School of Music has opened doors to perform across the Middle East, including a cherished performance at the Guruvayur Krishna Temple. Music is my form of devotion, and I’m grateful for every opportunity to sing and grow."

M.A. Music – Kerala University | Vocalist | Faculty at Raagaalaya School of Music

"Coming from the culturally rich town of Kanchipuram and being raised in a family deeply rooted in tradition and music, I always dreamed of diving deeper into the world of classical music. My M.A. from Kerala University and the opportunity to learn under eminent gurus in Trivandrum have shaped me into a true lover of the art. Music is not just a subject—it's a lifelong journey. As a faculty member at Raagaalaya School of Music, I aspire to pass on this passion and continue exploring greater heights in music."

"Music has always been a part of my life. I started singing when I was just 5 years old, inspired by my father who is a wonderful singer himself. In our family, music holds a very special place, and that environment has helped me grow with a deep love for it. I am now in my third year of learning at Raagaalaya School of Music, and each class makes me love music even more. I'm grateful for the guidance and encouragement I receive every day."
